We accept payment by either PayPal or Direct Payment. Items will not be dispatched until payment has been received.

If you prefer to pay for your order in two instalments please let us know and we will create a bespoke listing for you :)

General Delivery Information-

Items will not be dispatched until payment has been received. Each item is handmade and some may take longer to dispatch than others, please check the information on each listing for process time.

International Shipping -

We are based in the UK and ship internationally, if your country isn't listed on our payment options we can amend this if you get in touch with us via an Etsy message. All items are sent by tracked delivery and we will provide you with tracking once your item is dispatched.

Delivery Time UK + International -

UK - Once dispatched your item should take 1-2 working days to arrive.

Europe - Once dispatched your item should take 3-5 working days to arrive.

USA, Canada + Australia - Once dispatched your item should take 7-10 working days to arrive.

Everywhere Else - Once dispatched your item should take 7-10 working days to arrive.

Expedited + Express Shipping

Please let us know if you need the item sooner than the estimated dispatch time and we will always try our best to meet your requests. We offer expedited shipping to most countries at an additional postage cost, please get in touch for more information.

It is the customer's responsibility to inform us of the date they need their item to arrive by, we can only guarantee the item will arrive in time for a deadline if we are informed in advance of the purchase via an Etsy message.


Tracking -

If you are based in the UK & you would like your item to be tracked then please select the tracked delivery option at checkout. All international packages will be sent via tracked shipping. When your order is dispatched, if you have chosen a signed for or tracked service, we will include a tracking number in your dispatched message & email.

Duties & Taxes -

International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and other fees incurred on international packages. Please be advised that we will not be able to provide false information on customs documents by marking a package as a "gift" or changing the monetary value of the contents.
