Here on Etsy I have added a placeholder logo and watermarks into my listing previews so that I can keep within LuLa's policy.

My items are not licensed products and I do not claim ownership over any logos or names used in the designs.

The listing of any company and/or their logos is not intended to imply any endorsement or direct affiliation with said company(s).

Logos and images are used solely at the request of the consultants/retailers of said company.

When purchasing a black/dark design it is not recommended that you
print your files at home. These designs would use a very large quantity of ink out of a home printer and can print very inconsistent.

I highly recommend using a print retailer such as Vistaprint and for this reason, the files you will receive for a black/dark design will already be set to full bleed at Vistaprint's standards.

I am absolutely able to make you a custom design that is all your own. Whether it is a variation of an item I already have in the shop or something completely new - I'd be happy to create it for you!

All monitors and printers are calibrated independently and show color differently. All of my designs are set to the Home Office requirements for colors and when printed professionally, they fit this standard.

Unfortunately, some home printers are not calibrated correctly and both quality and consistency will vary. Due to this, I can not be responsible for exact color matching. Colors on the screen will most likely be brighter than the printed product.

The files that I create for you will be yours to keep and use as much as you like! However, I do not grant permission to share files via consultant sharing groups.

Each design I create is unique and designed with my customers in mind. If you love it enough to want to share my shop with someone, drop me a convo and I will get you a great coupon code for you and your friends. :)

When I create your fiIes, I use the copy/paste feature to ensure that the information I transfer is correct, so ideally your files will be perfect the first time I send them over.

However, there are times when I haven't had enough coffee yet and may miss something. I try to keep enough coffee on hand so that this rarely happens, but... I am human. :) So, if there are any mistakes that you notice or something you are not happy with, please let me know as soon as you can after you receive your files.

I only keep original files on my computer for about a week after an order, so outside of a week, I am unable to make changes without a new order.

Due to the custom nature of my designs, no refunds will be given. Thanks for understanding. :)

Some orders will contain a large amount of files -- beyond what Etsy allows me to store and send on their site.

I use Google Drive as cloud storage that you can access for 1 week following your purchases. Each link is uniquely yours and cannot be accessed by just anyone.

Your files will remain in my storage for 1 week after purchase and you're welcome to download them as many times as you need to in that time period. Because I have limited storage space, after this the files will be removed and you will need a new order if you happen to need them again.

First, download your .zip file to your computer.

To decompress (unzip) a file or folder on a Mac, double-click it.

To open a .zip file on a PC, right-click the zipped file and select "Extract All". By default, files are extracted to the location as the original zipped file.

If your computer doesn't have an option to unzip .zip files, install a FREE program like 7-Zip:
