1B. Order Process

1. DROP DOWN MENU-(If Applicable) Please choose the
options for your product from the menus. If you
need your order fully customized choose the CUSTOM
Option.
2. PERSONALIZATION- Please write to us in this section
to let us know what you'd like on your item.
3. ART PROOFS - Art proofs will be sent in about 1-3
weeks from the time you order, sometimes it's a few days.
Please check your Etsy mail for proofs and send us your
approval ASAP so we can begin production. Please leave us
your phone number if you'd like as well so we can text the proof.
4. PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING TIMES - Our shipping times are estimates
and not exact dates. Make sure to leave the correct shipping address
at checkout.
5. PACKING, SHIPPING, TRACKING INFO- We use great care in packing your products to
get to you safely. We use a variety of paper, bubbles, styrofoam, and
packing pillows. Tracking info will be sent to your ETSY mail once we
print your shipping label. Should an item arrive damaged please save
all packing material and take pics of damages and the packing box, bubbles, etc. so
we can submit a claim.

Listing is for 1, 2 or 4 Custom engraved stemless wine glasses. If you need more glasses, then 4 simply request a custom order from us. They are etched with our custom fonts with Easy Day, Rough Day, Don't Even Ask on one side and the Air Force logo Design on the other. These glasses also can come complete with your name on the reverse side or on the front. Makes a great gift for that hard-working Vet / wine drinker. Or Add the Name on the Front Below or above the logo. Need more glasses? Please request a custom order.

Wine glass is very nice...smaller than I expected, because I didn't pay attention to the different sizes available, but still a nice size. Etching is perfect and glass is really beautiful.
