Custom and personalised orders
I can do custom orders. I can change orders and colours. Just message with your custom order.
Where do I get my designs from?
I get my designs from many commercial use websites and I design some of them.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All our orders are sent in Letter size and Large letter size in a rigid cardboard envelope.
What happens if my order is lost?
If your order is actually confirmed to be missing, any
possible reshipment fees must be paid by you.
If you want to ensure please purchase tracking with your order.
We can't be held responsible for any lost orders
Can I track my order?
You have the option to track your order, when doing the checkout choosing First Class delivery. This option in currently only available to the UK. If you don't purchase the First Class delivery your order is sent by 2nd Class Royal Mail, that usually takes 2 to 3 working days to be delivered
What happens if my order has not arrived in the estimated time range?
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please wait one more week to allow the postal service time to reroute the mail back to us in case it was undeliverable. If nothing shows up after that extra week, you can message us here on Etsy and we will try my best to figure something out.
We have a window of 21 days after your delivery estimate as shown on your shipping notification to help you with order related issues. If you do not contact us within this window, we will be unable to
assist you due to the amount of time that has passed and post offices not being able to provide any extra assistance.

The amount I pay for postage doesn't match the postage fees, why?
Our shipping costs are at a flat rate for the listings, if you buy 1 sheet or 50, you are not going to pay extra for that. In the postage we include as well the cost of the mailer, the price can be different if the mailler is smaller or bigger.
