4 out of 5 starsKelsey did a good job capturing my in laws dogs. Since they are deceased I wasn't able to get better pictures of them, but you can tell it's them. Kelsey also went above and beyond to make sure it arrived before Christmas.

5 out of 5 starsI've gotten two hunters and a jumper from Kelsey. Her attention to detail is unreal. From the braids and fancy stitching to individual markings on the horses. My mom decided it was too nice to be in a box 11 months of the year, so now her horse is on display in her kitchen for everyone to see.

Each listing is made to order. You do not need to request a custom order but you are always welcome to.
Care instructions
If the ornament is not being displayed year round, consider wrapping it in tissue paper and placing it back in its original gift box for safe keeping.
These are delicate items that can withstand minor bumps, drops and scuffs.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Each ornament is shipped in a kraft jewellery box with a satin ribbon. Custom wrappers available upon request. Please contact the shop.
For shipping purposes every ornament will be individually wrapped in tissue paper, and then bubble wrap and placed inside a rigid jewellery box. Individual boxes are then placed in bubble mailers. Larger orders are again wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in a cardboard box.
How do I send photos?
You can send up to three photos per chat window in the Etsy messaging feature. Sending multiple messages is perfectly fine.

My ornament arrived broken or it isn't what I expected.
Hamer & Clay prides itself on customer service. If your ornament arrives and is broken, or not quite right contact the shop immediately.
Remakes & refunds are two ways the shop strives to ensure customer satisfaction. Replacement ornaments are always shipped free of cost. If you select a refund, it will be handled promptly and professionally.
Is the shop open year round?
The busiest season is September - December. January and February are spent working on post Christmas orders, and things typically die down to a dull roar from March onward.
In the summer, the shop owner and sculptor is busy volunteering with the local horse club and eventing community, riding her horse and farming.
The shop is open all year but the best time of year to order is during peak season.
