MEASURE:
Measure, Measure, Measure!! My Medium size may not be the same as the Medium size you bought from a different Shop.

COLLAR WIDTH:
I recommend double checking the width of all collars before ordering, make sure the width is appropriate for your fur-baby.
**This is the most frequent reason an item is returned.

Small, & some medium size dogs can NOT wear wide (1", 1.5", 2") collars.

METAL BUCKLES:
Likewise, some smaller dogs can't wear heavy metal buckle collars.

A 3/4" Wide Metal Buckle ( the smallest metal buckle) weighs 1.5 ounces, it doesn't seem heavy to us, but a 6 lb dog can't tolerate the weight. A Plastic Buckle is a better choice.

Treat your purchase like you would any favorite 'special occasion' item you adore, & want to sparkle for a long time.

All the dog and cat items come with care instructions - collars, leashes, lanyards are machine washable.

PLEASE NOTE ****Some rolls of vibrant Bling Colors (like hot pink) over a white or lite colored nylon will run or bleed when wet.

1) If your dog scratches his/her neck, the bling on the collar will be damaged/snagged.
2) If you adjust the collar over & over the bling, the sparkle will rub off the edges..
3) All pet accessories can be Machine Washed.

I gift wrap every order.
I include Milk Bone treats for dogs & 'Temptation' Treats for cats.

I don't offer Wholesale items.

I do NOT accept returns for CUSTOM items. I ask that customers keep in mind that each piece has hours of work put into design and making.

NON-CUSTOM RETURNS
If there is a problem with your order, please contact me. In the rare case that an item must be returned, a 20% fee will be charged, meaning the customer will receive only 80% of the item cost, with no refund for shipping paid by customer.
Buyer pays shipping.
Item must be in new condition.

EXCHANGE/REMAKE
Return item must be new condition
Charge begins at $15 for a small collar plus shipping.
$25 - $35 for a big dog collar plus shipping.
Buyer pays shipping to me.
