Cookies are individually wrapped to ensure both freshness and protection during transit. I take every precaution in packaging to protect the product to include extra bubble wrap as well as marking every box as fragile before shipping. I cannot, however, control the handling of packages once they are in the hands of the carrier service. If your order arrives damaged due to packaging error, please contact me immediately with photos of both the outside of the box as well as photos of the product and I will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

I will gladly customize cookies with names, dates, etc. at no extra charge. Please leave details in notes at check out.

Cookies will maintain freshness in the original packaging for up to 2 weeks at room temperature.
Cookies can be frozen for up to 3 months and thawed at room temperature to avoid condensation on the icing. To freeze for a longer period of time I recommend to leave in original packaging. Wrap in freezer paper individually and place in a freezer bag with air expressed out or using a vacuum sealer on gentle setting.

Because of the nature of my products, returns and exchanges are not possible.

My products do not contain any nuts/tree nuts. I do use almond emulsion. If you cannot have that in your order, please contact me and I will make adjustments for your order. I do NOT at this time offer gluten free products because I cannot guaranty that particles of wheat flour can be completely removed from my production area safely for someone with severe gluten allergies.

All orders are shipped via USPS 2-3 day priority mail (unless expedited shipping is chosen at checkout). I cannot be held responsible for delays within the postal system. When orders are shipped I will notify you with the tracking number and expected delivery date given me by the postal carrier.
PLEASE NOTE: When I am given the date in which you would like to have your order arrive, all efforts are made to ensure shipment of your order to arrive no later than 1 day before the given date. This is done to ensure freshness of your order.

My processing time from the time the order is placed to the time of shipping is currently at 10-14 days. I ask that you please plan accordingly when placing an order. Rush orders may not be available during the Holiday season.

When ordering, please provide me with the date you need your order and I will plan the ship date to acommodate your needs. My standard policy is to ship cookies 4- 5 days prior to that date to ensure the freshest cookies for your event unless otherwise asked.
Please note that I can only guaranty the ship date, not the delivery date. You will be notified that your order has shipped and provided with a tracking number as soon as your package is in the hands of the USPS.

Rush Orders are available for an additional fee. If you need your order rushed, please add the appropriate option from the Rush My Order listing to your cart when ordering. If this is not added your order will be fulfilled and shipped within my standard time of 10-14 days.
