Contact me, and let me know about the issue then please call USPS Customer Service number and put a investigation on your order, they should call you back within 3-5 business days with the status of your package. After 2 weeks if nothing has been resolved please message me and we will further figure out a end result.

You must contact me within 5 days of your package being marked as delivered but wasn't received. If the first initial contact isn't made, there is nothing further I can do.

Please refer to your invoice that was emailed to you, or in your orders on Etsy. My shipping turn around time is 1-2 weeks, although most of the time I can get them out sooner. Sometimes it does take that full 2 weeks to get orders processed and shipped off.
