Your items are ready to ship and will usually ship within 24 hours of purchase, although often they will ship on the same day. We ship every day on business days (Monday - Friday).

We use the United States postal system to ship your items. Although we cannot guarantee delivery times, usually your items will be delivered within 3-5 days of shipment. This includes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories. You can choose Priority Mail from the menu at check-out if you prefer.

Buyers are responsible for informing themselves of Customs laws and fees charged in their respective countries. We are not responsible for losses or delays caused by Customs or fees due to Customs.

If an item you purchased has not been delivered within a reasonable period of time (see our FAQ on delivery and shipping times), or if your item arrives broken or damaged, please feel free to let us know.

We are not responsible for refunding or replacing items lost or damaged in the mail, but will file a claim with the US postal system for you.

The USPS will only refund items lost or damaged if insurance has been purchased prior to shipment. If you would like us to add insurance to the shipping cost of your items, please contact us prior to paying for your order.

On international orders: Please understand that the USA postal system cannot track packages once they have entered your country's postal system or customs clearance arena.

Occasionally, shipping on your item will cost less than anticipated (less than you paid at checkout). I do refund shipping overages in excess of $1.00.

Rest assured that I will always package and ship your item at the lowest cost possible to you (unless you specifically choose Priority or Express shipping).

While I am not a wholesaler, it's my pleasure to offer you a discount if you need quantities over 25 of any item.

I do not typically maintain large inventories. If I do not have the quantity you need in stock, I'll gladly place a custom order for you from the manufacturer. Your items will be shipped to you within 24 hours of arriving to me.

While I'm happy to attempt to accommodate custom orders, I cannot guarantee I'll be able to. Our button craft, crochet, knitting, and other supplies are manufactured by third parties. Our ability to fulfil custom orders will depend on whether or not the item is available from the manufacturer.

If you entered your mailing address incorrectly when placing your order, please contact me via private message immediately to inform me of the correct address.

If you do not correct your address before I ship your item, I cannot be responsible for tracking or replacing the items you purchased, nor for any shipping delays or losses. However, if your package is eventually returned to me by the post office, I will issue a refund for the cost of the items, minus the amount you paid for shipping.
