Eat at the Dry Dock when you are in the area.
Eat at the Dry Dock when you are in the area. Great breakfast. Specialty pizza tasty. Take out available. Also try Nang's Rice Paddy. Take out and cash only. Cheese cheese wontons crisp, freshy made. Orange chicken and moo goo gia pan (sp?) also great. Free museums (art and heritage) at the University. Indoor walking trail at the Superior Dome, also on the university campus.

We were only there 2 nights this time, but were able to visit some of our favorite places. Vierling & Lagniappe for dinner, Black Rocks & Ore Dock breweries for awesome brews & live music, hike to Top of the World with friends, shopping at Getz's. The staff at the Ramada of Marquette were awesome. The rooms were clean. The facilities were in great working order. The price of a room is very competitive if not better than the surrounding hotels/inns. Best part, the Ramada sits right in the middle of downtown Marquette. You're in walking distance to everything. Third Street Bagel was amazing!
Third Street Bagel was amazing! Also, Jilbert's Ice Cream is a must-have! Would loved to have spent some time along the lake or wandering the parks, but Marquette was just a one-night stop-over on the way to our final destination.
