All of my items are designed and handmade by me,
so any small alterations could be made,
but all alterations must be agreed before making a purchase.

Delivery

UK orders: I post all of my items via Royal Mail 1st class signed for delivery. I aim to ship asap after receiving full payment.
Please do not leave "note to seller" at the check out stating "need by...date". If you're worried about delivery time scale please contact me to discuss it before placing your order. Special delivery option is available for UK orders - £6.99.

Delivery to EU countries usually takes 1-2 weeks via tracked & signed for delivery but might take longer in busy periods, please keep that in mind when placing your order.

USA and Canada customers please allow AT LEAST 2 weeks for delivery. Delivery usually takes 2-4 weeks.
Please do not use "note to seller" at the checkout to request delivery by certain day as customs delays are unpredictable and out of my control.
The item will be posted via tracked & signed for delivery, so once posted, you'll be able to track the parcel online.
Custom fees are buyer's responsibility.

I will make every effort to dispatch items as soon as possible following full payment being made (in most cases no later than next working day, unless it is a custom order, which might take longer to complete).
