Most U.S. Orders are received in 4-5 weeks from the time of order until you receive the printed product.

There are multiple stages of your order:

1. First Print kit shipped - 5-7 days to receive (U.S. orders)

2. ** PLEASE NOTE: Digital proof sent 7-10 business days AFTER I receive acceptable fingerprints. Prints need to be received NO LATER THAN 14 days prior to when you need poster and NO LATER THAN 18 days for canvas and framed prints. ** Please contact me if you need your order rushed.

3. Shipping times should be calculated from the day your proof is approved.

After proof is approved, posters are sent out in 1-2 days; canvas and framed prints 3-5 days. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days) unless you select Next Day shipping during checkout.

International shipping times vary; most arrive within 2-3 weeks. Upgraded shipping available at checkout. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS will need more shipping time and prints need to be submitted 4 WEEKS before your event; please be advised that you may be charged a VAT and/or customs/duty fee by your country when you pick up your package.

Most custom fingerprint/footprint/paw artwork takes about 3-4 weeks from the time you order to the time of delivery. The timing varies based on when your prints are submitted. A digital proof will be sent 14 days after prints are received. All custom print orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail 2-3 day shipping unless you choose to select a faster shipping method.

All physical copies submitted and information cards are shredded after they are scanned for use. Files are stored securely with password protected access for future use or file reprints - files can be deleted upon request. Fingerprints are not used commonly for sensitive financial or personal use so it is unlikely that someone will try to use your fingerprints in any negative way. If you are not comfortable using your own fingerprints, you can instead choose to use the prints shown in the sample photo.

It is very difficult to predict length of guests' messages and size of writing, these are general estimates:
8x10: up to 40
11x14: 40-60
13x19: 60-80
16x20: 80-100
18x24: 100-125
24x36: 125-160 - If you have a large wedding, please include the number of guests at checkout to arrange a 10-15% artwork reduction. Enter information in the "Special Instructions" box at checkout.

Very helpful shop, the print is high quality and she sent us a sample of the paper to know what pens will be best to use with this. If we went with our instinct to use a white pen, we would've been upset. The white ink almost disappears so we needed the sample. Definitely high rated for the helpful nature!

Seriously you can't go grown with this type of guess book. I couldn't be more happier with the results, besides that is your actual finger print and of your partner too. It's just simply beautiful. Thank you to flutterbyeprint ( amie) was beyond helpful thru the process from how to order, she would email me back so quick with answers and walked me thru the process and made so simple to the point that it got here on time so no stress over here. Thank you so much I highly recommend this besides it's gonna look so good on my wall .

Absolutely LOVE our guest book!! I am so excite to have all our guests sign this and then hang it in our house. Seller so easy to work with, answers in timely manner. She also sent a sample paper to test out writing utensils before buying them! (Design still in plastic in picture)
