I will be purchasing from this studio again. It is far away a better quality from other similar places. I highly recommend their products.

You live in Europe, and shipments from Canada unlike USA take much longer due to lack of options for services like USA. You also emailed me oh my personal email and I was unaware you had emailed me there in regards to the time. This is only a loss for me as I sent you a custom stamp, and you received your funds back. Please purchase from local sellers if international shipping is an issue. This goes for all customers reading this. Thanks!

Frequently asked questions
When will I receive my proof?
Proofs are available by request via the notes to seller box during check out for custom designed orders and are provided typically within 2-3 business days of purchase.
Please check your proof for aesthetics, layout, correctness of all spellings, dates, times and addresses. Your order will be printed exactly as approved. Any customer approved mistakes will be unfortunately re-printed at the customer’s expense.
My order is incorrect/missing pieces/and or damaged
I will gladly replace your order if I'm at fault :) Please send over a picture/s with an email describing error and I will do my best to fix the issue right away. In some cases, items will have to be returned prior to an exchange or refund. Any errors & shortages must be reported within 7 days of receiving item prior to replacement.
Damages that occur during transit are not Red Cloud Studio's responsibility. I will however offer a discount should you need or want to buy a replacement. For piece of mind, please consider purchasing insurance to prevent from enduring any financial loss. Extra insurance protection can be arranged at an extra cost only prior to purchase only. Please email me for rates.
Tracking shows shipped & delivered but I don't have my package?
A transaction is complete when tracking shows that an item has shipped. Compensation, or replacements will not be offered for any lost item, returned, or delayed items unless tracking shows absolutely nothing. If you live overseas, tracking is very limited or not available in most cases. Please arrange to upgrade to a service with tracking to avoid any issues prior to purchase.
When will my order ship and arrive?
Red Cloud Studio is located in Mission BC, Canada, and orders ship from both USA and Canada depending on the destination. Delivery time is extra on top of production time.
The following shipping estimates do not include production time:
✔For orders within the USA, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery (w/USPS).
✔For Canadian orders please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery with Canada Post
✔For all other international orders, please allow 2-8 weeks for your order to arrive.
Once an item has shipped, arrival times are out of my control so please make sure to plan ahead and as early as possible. I can not take responsibility for an item that shows up later than expected nor can I take responsibility for any time-sensitive orders.
I left the wrong address on file during check out. Can I change it?
No address changes or order changes are permissable. We will most likely have to cancel the order for you to purchase with the correct details or to purchase the correct quantity or item.
What method of shipment do you use?
I use USPS and Canada Post for all domestic and international orders. Type of service depends on the weight and dimensions of the package. If you would like to expedite shipment, please email me to discuss prior to purchase :) Delays are to be expected sometimes during the pandemic so plan wisely.
My order is being returned to you? How can I get it shipped back?
If your order is being returned to Red Cloud Studio as a result of an incorrect address, or an address that wasn't updated with me, there will be a fee of $5 to reship plus the delivery cost. Please note that I use a business mailbox where I am charged for all parcels that are shipped to my mailbox so there will be a fee to reship as a result.
What is your production time?
All current production times are either listed in the item description or under the shipping section and may vary for each item.
What are you business hours?
Please note that Red Cloud Studio hours are Monday - Friday (not including holidays) 9:00am to 5:00pm PST. All emails received outside these hours will be answered the following business day
Custom and personalized orders
Once an order is placed, it can not be modified or replaced for another item or style. Unless the change has been approved or confirmed by Red Cloud Studio, you must cancel the order and repurchase the correct item right away to avoid any issues
