I only accept bank transfer in EU, credit card payments and paypall ( worldwide).

Packages are made & shipping withing 1-5 working days. All orders are shipped without tracking number & at the buyers own risk: so I'm not responsible for lost, stolen or damage items.
Tracking number is available, so please select this option if you lack faith in the post when you checkout.
I will send all orders to your etsy address, please send me a message when you make your purchase if I have to send to a different address.
If you've given up a wrong address, incomplete address, wrong house number,… through etsy you have 2 options:
- I will ask you to pay the shipping costs again for reshipping the item
- Or you will get a refund minus the shipping costs.
If the address is incorrect, (even if it is only a wrong house number), I will not resend it for free. So please check your etsy address before making an order.

Shipping time after shipped ( There can be a delay from 1-2 weeks during December & January because of the holidays):
Europe: 1-4 weeks
Worldwide: 1-9 weeks

If you wish to return any items purchased from us you must give us written notice within 7 days of receipt.
All returns must be returned at your cost in their original packaging and condition within 7 days of receipt.
Payment for the returned goods will be refunded within 30 days of the goods being received by us, less the postage charges.

My brand seididread ( seidiclothing) is registered at the Packaging Register of the Stiftung Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister (Foundation Central Agency Packaging Register – ZSVR) with registration number DE5394336386686. My Dual System Licensing partner for the collection, sorting & recycling of the packaging is ACTIVATE by RECLAY.

As consumer please ensure that all received packaging is separated, reused and/or disposed of in the right recycling containers, at home or locally.
