Do you provide Tracking Information?

Yes. As soon as you item has been shipped, you will receive the tracking number via Etsy.

Refunds and Exchanges

ALL SALES ARE FINAL My Mercantile Shop does not offer Refunds or Exchanges. If you have any questions or require clarification, contact us before you complete your purchase.
Please read the descriptions carefully, and look at the posted photos of the best detailed description. We do my utmost to describe each item with care and accurately.
If in doubt, ask questions, OR alternatively do not purchase the item.

Packaging

When ever possible we use recycled items to ship, this keeps costs down and is kinder to the environment.
We use clean, odor free recycled packaging materials. All orders are packed with TLC with you the customer in mind.

Lost Orders

My Mercantile Shop is not accountable or responsible in the event that USPS looses your order, mis-delivers your package, and or your package is stolen from your mailbox / doorstep.

Most orders are sent uninsured to keep shipping costs as low as possible. If you would like insurance and or delivery signature, that is an extra charge. Please contact us to make these arrangements.

Our Right to Refuse

My Mercantile Shop reserves the right to cancel or refuse any orders.

Do you ship outside of the USA?

Due to limited tracking availability and a rise in lost packages, My Mercantile Shop no longer ships outside of the USA.

Cancellations

Cancellations are considered on a case by case basis, as long as the order has not shipped.
Absolutely no cancellations on custom orders.

My order arrived damaged or broken, now what?

We will assist with filing a damage claim with USP if insurance was purchased.
USPS requires the following:
1. photo of the box items(s) were shipped in
2. photo of the packing materials
3. several photos of the damaged item
DO NOT throw out any of the original shipping or packing materials until we have advised you to do so.
The more photo documentation provided to USPS when filing a claim the better.
