• Personalization can be done on both the outside and inside of the keychain! Please let me know placement during checkout. (You can do both!)

• Up to two lines of 20 characters per line. Letters A-Z (CAPS ONLY), numbers 0-9, ALL basic punctuation marks, and ♡ (heart outline) are available.

• HOW TO PERSONALIZE:

1. Select options from the dropdown menu.
2. Select "Add to cart" to proceed to checkout.
3. Submit your personalization requests in the buyer's note section.

• Keychains are made of natural cowhide leather that I hand-stamp and dye and are finished with heavy duty nickel hardware. 4 1/2 inches in total length, including hardware.

• Please allow up to 1-2 business days for your order to be completed and shipped.

Very good quality, but note if you have a longer message it will wrap around the strap. Not a bad thing, but in the event your preference is to have the message left to only one side. Shipping took a bit longer, but I wasn't in a rush. Overall, good communication and quality product!
