🏺~My ceramic yarn bowls are Odorless and Clean, unlike wood yarn bowls of 3rd world origin, varnished with questionable and unknown quality varnishes, that seep into the yarn stored in them, and eventually your skin. When you spend so many hours working on your beautiful projects, you deserve the best quality tools and I make sure that I make one for you :)
My yarn bowls that are also wheel-thrown are substantial and designed to be used for a long time by knitters like myself.
🏺~ALL the photos in our store are STOCK PHOTOS. The items you will be receiving will not be the exact pieces in the photos but very very close to them, due to their handmade nature, and just as beautiful! And the truth of the matter is, that my pieces are always way better in person than in photos. (I am a waaay better potter than photographer) :-)
🏺~Please leave your reviews from your home computer, since there is a the glitch in the Etsy mobile phone review system and sometimes 5 stars turn to 4.

5 na 5 gwiazdekBlue room pottery had contacted me to let me know that it was going to take longer than specified. They kept in contact with me and I received it last week. The bowl was packed with bubble wrap and made the trip. The yarn bowl is beautiful. I’m very happy.

4 na 5 gwiazdekIt was a replacement for a broken mug I had, which I love, so while lovely, it didn't fully do the trick. It is not as generous and the colors are not as glorious, but it will be fine, I'm sure.

It is very unfortunate to see buyers being frivolous with their reviews, and leaving photos that are irrelevant and deceptive. I am wondering why this customer didn't buy a replacement mug from the same place she bought the one she had and it broke! Photo in review shows my mug next to another broken mug which is not mine, and it's definitely not advertised or sold by me! She never contacted me with any special instructions or requests. --- Customer received a beautiful mug exactly like the photo in my listing. --- I have sold over 17,000 pieces on ETSY and am very grateful for all the wonderful reviews I receive from my nice customers all over the world, so I will not let this review take my attention away from that!

5 na 5 gwiazdekBought this for my mom for Christmas and she LOVES it! She apparently told all of her friends and she cannot stop talking about how great it is. Perfect weight to keep the bowl from falling or being pulled towards her and the edges are all smooth so the yarn doesn’t get caught on anything. Just so beautifully made!

Gift wrapping and packaging
We do not offer gift wrapping at this point. We pack with a lot of bubble wrap and take every precaution so that the items arrive safe and in one piece. This unfortunately doesn't leave us much room for gift wrapping.
However we can include a short message from you to the recipient. Just let us know in the "message to seller" during checkout.
Sizing & glaze/color details
PLEASE READ DESCRIPTIONS OF THE LISTING.
All sizes listed are approximate due to the handmade nature of Marietta's work and there may be slight variations between the piece in the photo and the one you are purchasing.
If you order a "Made to Order" item, you accept that the item you will receive may not be exactly the same as the photographs in the listing, and that sometimes there may be variations of the glaze colors.
This is due to firing conditions, which are beyond our control.
This may happen especially with the runny highlight glazes which are very sensitive to temperature in the kiln.
What do I do if I need an item by a specific date?
Please read the description of the listing you are interested in.
If it is a "Made to Order" piece, check the estimated shipping dates (we try to keep those updated), and let us know in the "message to seller" during checkout about any deadlines. This way we can let you know if it is possible.

Do you accept credit / debit cards?
All payments are handled by ETSY and you can use all payments that ETSY accepts.
We have no control over your payment and we can't see any of the details.
What if my order is damaged in transit?
Although we pack very well to avoid damage, the USPS does still sometimes break pieces in transit. If this happens, don't worry! We always ship with insurance.
How do I file a damage claim?
If your order arrives damaged just let us know right away (no more than 3 days after receipt). Take a photo of the damaged piece and packing material and DO NOT throw the damaged item and packing material away. Send the photos to us so we can file a damage claim.
Your damaged item will be replaced/refunded AFTER the insurance claim is paid. Unfortunately we cannot replace/refund a damaged item until then. You will need to cooperate with the insurance investigation, and reply to any inquiries from the insurance company in a timely fashion. After the claim is paid/settled you can dispose of the broken item and packing material as you see fit. NO NEED to mail them back to us.
I entered the wrong shipping address, can I change it?
We ship to the address you entered during checkout.
If you entered the wrong address, please message us asap via the ETSY conversation system.
As a courtesy, we can usually make the address change if you let us know in time, but cannot guarantee it.
The best way to insure your order ships to the correct address is to enter it during checkout.
If a package is returned because you entered the wrong address you will have to repay shipping charges for us to re-ship it.

Yes, we do offer wholesale to qualified resellers.
