My current processing time to design, cut, and package orders is 1-3 business days. Shipping time will be determined through your selection.

USPS Ground Advantage delivery is 3-6 days (not including Sunday), and priority mail delivery is 2-3 days (not including Sunday). Delivery time are ESTIMATES given by the post office and not guaranteed.

From there, delivery time depends on your location and postage selection. From previous experience, Canadian orders may take up to two weeks to deliver. GlitterDesignCo is NOT responsible for customs hold ups that delay delivery and NOT responsible for VAT or Import Tax.

I package every order to ensure that it is received undamaged. If your package was damage during shipment, please contact me through a message within 3 days of delivery with photos of both the damaged item(s) and packaging.

Unfortunately I cannot control the delivery of orders once they have been dropped off at the Post Office.

If your order says that it was delivered, but it's not there, please check with others within your household and your neighbors to see if it was accidentally delivered to them. Then contact your local post office with your tracking information.

I do not refund for errors due to the USPS or mail theft, but I will work with you to get new items in the mail so that you will get them on time for your event.

Production time is the time it takes for me to design, cut, and package your item.

Shipping time is the time it takes from when the item is dropped off at the post office till it arrives at your door/mailbox.

If you need your order in a hurry, please contact me first to make sure that I can meet your needs.

Please note that GlitterDesignCo is not responsible for orders that arrive past event date due to delivery. All orders are shipped on or before their processing date and the shipping method is responsible for delivery.

Contact me as soon as you learn that your address is incorrect. If the item hasn't shipped, it won't be a problem to change. If the order has already shipped, unfortunately there isn't anything that I can do on my end. Contact your post office to see if a forward can be done.

Items are that returned and reshipped are subject to reshipping postage. Refunds will not be given for wrong addresses that are returned.

I accept cancellations within an hour of purchase. I will not grant refunds/cancellations on items that have already been made and ready for shipping.

Yes! Special orders are always welcome. But please do not ask me to copy another shops' items or trademarked items.
