I have recently discovered some old stock. What is up on the store now is all of the A3 prints I have left. I have some A2 prints to come soon.
Once these are gone, I will close the shop, there will be no more!

Payment
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order up to 7 working days after delivery as long as the items are in their original and sale-able condition. To cancel your order, please first let us know that you would like to cancel your order at support [!at] rincks.com. To Cancel your order, please write 'cancel order' on the invoice and return the whole package to the address below. Send the parcel by Recorded Delivery, we can not give you a refund if the package is lost in transit. Please ensure the items are strongly packaged. If they are damaged in transit due to being inadequately packaged, we will be unable to give a refund. After receiving the parcel we will refund your credit/debit card within 30 days. Please note that we do not cover the shipping costs incurred to get the package back to us.
Delivery
All prints are sent out using the Royal Mail here in the UK, these are then handed over to the national postal service of the country of destination. Any prints outside the UK are tracked for reliability and peace of mind.
USA - All deliveries are tracked with Royal Mail UK, once in the US they are collected and distributed by USPS. Royal Mail and USPS state that delivery time is 5-7 working days, however since Christmas USPS keep holding some packages for longer periods of time without explanation. If this is the case with your order, please be patient and try and contact USPS to get them to move it along, it's not lost, it's just delayed in a backlog. In the meantime I am working hard to find a new, reliable distributer for a similar cost.
UK - We aim to process all orders and ship within 1-2 working days. Orders are sent via the Royal Mail first class. Normal delivery time 1-3 working days.
Europe - All deliveries are tracked with Royal Mail UK and you will be provided with a tracking number on dispatch of your order. We aim to process all orders and ship within 1-2 working days. Orders are sent via the Royal Mail UK with tracking. Normal delivery time 4-10 working days.
**If your delivery has not yet arrived** - Please note that if you are outside of the UK and your tracked order seems to be stalled, please contact the postal service directly first. National postal services do not offer much help for international distributers until items have been in the system for 30 days. If you speak to them directly you will receive much more assistance and success at getting your order moving sooner.

Please note that A3 prints should fit through standard letter boxes. A2 prints should also, however some deliveries may require you to be in to collect your print.
