Items will be made and shipped within 5 working days of recieving the complete order details and cleared payment.

Items are posted within the UK by Royal Mail parcel (delivery aim 2 days), and everywhere else by Airmail (Delivery Aim 5 - 10 days). If you need items urgently, you can upgrade to a faster delivery service - just contact us.

The GDPR is an EU regulation that governs data privacy, which gives individuals more transparency, rights, and control around the way their information is used.

WHAT INFORMATION DO I COLLECT AND WHAT IS DONE WITH IT?

To fulfil your order, you must provide me (via Etsy) with certain information, such as your name, email, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (e.g. Information for a personalising your order.)

This information is processed in the following ways;
• printed on an order form and referenced to make your order
• saved to Royal Mail's business website to print address labels
• the label is then put onto a mailing bag with the above order inserted
• it's then posted via Royal Mail. (You can see Royal Mail's GDPR policy here https://www.royalmail.com/gdpr)
• it is saved on the Etsy system (in compliance with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use)
• it is NEVER saved elsewhere, either online or on paper form
• the (very rare) exception to your information being shared, is if I have to provide the information to comply with laws.

YOUR RIGHTS

If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases. I describe these rights below:

• Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below.

• Change, restrict, delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where I am required to store data for legal reasons) I will generally delete your personal information upon request.

• Object. You can object to (i) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from me after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.

• Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
