LOST - DAMAGED - DELAYED PACKAGES:
We ship via USPS.
Occasionally USPS Packages are Lost or Delayed, Especially during peak Holiday times. Regularly USPS delivers a Package in 2-3 days for East coast (we are in NJ) and 3-5 Days to the West Coast.
If your package has been LOST (tracking never updates as delivered), we Always refund or replace LOST or DAMAGED Orders, ALWAYS.
USPS also may mark a package Delivered when It has not been, Those packages Usually turn up within 3 Days (Sometimes next day). If your package has been marked DELIVERED and has not been You must file a claim with your local post office for package theft.
RETURNS:
We do accept returns on some items within 7 days of delivery. Less original shipping. Returns must be in original condition. Return postage cost is not refundable/reimbursed.

5 out of 5 starsItem was amazing quality and looked great! I ordered 12 and they had to be shipped in 3 separate packages. I received one and did not receive the others for over another week. The tracking was not very accurate as it told me they were all delivered but they came and were great:)

When will my order arrive?
We are now at Approx. 1-2 weeks processing time. With an additional 3-5 days shipping time. Allow up to 3 weeks for your item to arrive.**Please note: any shipping upgrades affect shipping speed NOT production time. We do not offer rush production at this time.
The shipping label may be printed BEFORE your item ships.
**As such there may NOT be immediate tracking updates available. Please allow up to one week before inquiring about the status of your shipped order.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Are all your items Handmade?
Yes! We are a 2 person, Husband and Wife team! All items are hand made by us from start to finish.
What size is this? Is it a set?

I need this Tomorrow! Can you rush my order?

What is Reclaimed Wood?
Reclaimed wood is lumber that has been previously used in the construction of a building or structure. Any wood that is recycled from the demolition or disassembly of a structure is reclaimed wood. This consists of all types of wood including common board, which is typically used in construction and consists primarily of softwoods like white pine. Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee a specific type of wood.
