OUR MESSAGE TO YOU & THE FIGHT AGAINST THE SPREAD OF COVID-19
Here at The Ark Workshop, we're committed to continuing to provide shelters and feeders for wildlife, big and small. Living out in the country, we wake up each day and watch life go on for the wildlife that surrounds us. Birds continue to visit our bird feeders, male and female birds are busy raising their young, and the outdoor cats are still needing shelters to sleep in and ones to keep their food protected and dry. Since we are a smaller organization, we are not faced with the challenges that some of our fellow retailers are going through at this time (ie: employee scheduling, etc.). Also, our shop is located in a rural area and our exposure to outside sources is very limited. We continue to have daily package pickups by our shipping carrier, FEDEX, and they have taken their own measures to keep customers safe when delivering packages. Packages can be delivered to residences (or a place of business) and their "signature required" service has been temporarily suspended to help minimize 1:1 contacts. Take comfort and know that when you place an order at The Ark Workshop, it will receive the same care and attention that it has always been given in the past …. and with no delay. As always, you will receive a confirmation after you order, we will provide you with order updates as necessary, and we will send you tracking information once your package(s) are on the way.

ABOUT US: As owners of The Ark Workshop, we’ve been designing and building wildlife housing & feeders for over 30 years. We've been fortunate to have had many of our products sold in popular retail chains in the United States. When creating houses or feeders, our primary focus is to create designs that will be used by specific wildlife. Much research and time goes into that. We’ve literally spent years refining every design. We’ve found that there are certain features a house/feeder needs to have for wildlife to accept it, use it, and then return to use it again! Through our personal experiences, thousands of customer correspondences, and years of research … we’ve discovered some valuable insights that have helped us create these wildlife-specific products. AFTER YOU PLACE AN ORDER AND MAKE PAYMENT:
1. You will receive an order confirmation and it will be sent to your Etsy inbox. This confirmation will summarize your order, list the shipping address, and provide an estimated delivery time frame. This confirmation is usually sent several days after your order.
2. Once your package ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation that will provide tracking information, carrier phone and website info, and an estimated arrival date.
3. Please refer to your tracking information for updates on your package. Also, anticipate possible delays during peak shipping times and/or adverse weather conditions. Currently, shipping carriers do not provide reimbursements for delays.
