Custom and personalized orders
Most items can be personalized with a name, anniversary or date. Leave this information for us in the "notes" section during checkout.
Do you guarantee Christmas Delivery?
No, we cannot guarantee that your ornament will arrive in time for Christmas. Tenmile Peak makes every effort to get your order out the door in a timely manner, but once it has left our hands it is up to the USPS to deliver it safely and on time.
During the busy season (November and December) you can check the shop announcement for an up-to-date estimate of processing time (the time it takes to personalize your ornament), then use the following as a reference to calculate the likelihood of your ornament arriving before the big day:
First Class Mail: Delivery in 3-6 business days
Priority Mail: Delivery in 1-3 business days
Do you offer rush orders or express shipping?

I received my order and it was broken or there was a misspelling
Have no fear! Contact me right away via Etsy and your new ornament will be in the mail at no additional charge within 1-3 business days. If you prefer a refund, please let us know. Refund option must include a photo of the broken/misspelled item for verification. Please notify us immediately if items have been damaged in transit (within 48 hours of receipt).
Please double check the notes field for misspellings before submitting your order, we use copy and paste so only misspellings on our side can be refunded.
My package says it was delivered, but I do not have it.
More often than not in this situation the package will end up showing up within a few days. Either it was delivered to a neighbor, or is still with your mail carrier. So please be patient for a few days.
Calling your local post office (not the 800 number) seems to help in these situations.

Shipping prices are automatically calculated based on weight. After you add all items to your cart you will see an updated combined shipping rate.
