CURRENTLY WE ARE ASKING FOR 3-7 BUSINESS DAYS OF PRODUCTION TIME, IN ADDITION TO WHICHEVER SHIPPING OPTION YOU CHOOSE (USPS First Class is usually 3-5 business days, USPS Priority is 1-3 business days, and Priority Express is 1 business day).

However depending on the size of an order, customization, or priority orders ahead of yours, that timeframe can vary. Please know we strive to get orders out by the level of urgency. All items are handmade and made to order, so we need time to, you know, actually make it! If you have an urgent request, please contact me PRIOR to placing your order to see if we can accommodate faster production and shipment.

Yes! We're happy to entertain your ideas for a custom order with colors, personalization, etc. Please send us an inquiry, and we'll let you know how we can assist you with your request.

I don't accept returns or exchanges.

Unfortunately, no. We are a small business and larger orders means more time and materials on our end, so unfortunately we aren't able to offer discounts on our work. We can, however, sometimes package items together and offer a discounted shipping cost. Thank you for your understanding!
