Very poor quality, I ve got the coloured one and in each part of the cubicles the colour was distributed in different quantities, looking poor. 2 pieces missing, the blankets were dirty because it was poorly wrapped. And the instructions to mount it were not clear at all. Not worth the money that it cost!! I paid £40 in delivery to received 5 weeks after in a broken box all full of mod and the seller does not even care. I love Etsy because it helps and support the artist in this case I felt like the artist was profiting of me.

Have you wrote about all visible damage of the packaging on the delivery note at the time of receipt as specified in our shop policy? Please provide us detailed photos of damaged product as well as the packaging and we'll decide what to do next. About delivery. As we can see here (http://m.postoffice.co.uk/mt/www.postoffice.co.uk/track-trace?page_type=parcel-tracking-details&parcel_number=EC117151149GB) courier attempted to delivery since 30-04-2014. I have no idea why they doesn't sent you a notice about delivery , but we can not affect the operation of the London postal service. Thanks.

It took a couple weeks for my cat to warm up to this, but now she loves it! This cat tree is very well made and it arrived so quickly. It comes with everything you need to assemble, including the wood glue. Instructions are easy to follow.
