Dough should be removed from packaging and played with within 3-4 WEEKS. If you do not plan on using your kit within 3-4 weeks of receipt, please contact me so that I can ship closer to your intended date. Wash hands before play and knead/play with the dough often. Store in an airtight bag or container. Store out of direct light and avoid extreme temperatures.
Production times are listed at checkout and on your order receipt. All kits are made to order to ensure that your dough is super fresh and soft. After production, transit time is typically 2-4 days, but can take longer due to postal delays.

How long does the play dough last?
Our play dough is made with natural ingredients and does not last forever. It should be removed from its packaging and played with within 3-4 weeks. It can last up to 6-12 months when played with often. For best results, wash hands before play and knead/play with the dough often. Store dough in an airtight bag or container and avoid direct light and extreme temperatures for best results. Natural salt crystals may form. To refresh, add a few drops of water or oil and knead.
What are the play dough ingredients?
Wheat flour, salt, cream of tartar, vegetable oil, essential oils, small amounts of fragrance oils, bakery grade colorings, apple spice and cinnamon (sand dough only) and cocoa powder (chocolate dough only).
When will my order ship?
Processing times are listed at checkout and on your order receipt. This is the amount of time needed to prepare your handmade items. Once you receive a shipping notification, you can expect to receive your order in 2-4 business days. Subscriptions ship by the 10th of every month with holiday months shipping earlier. Allow for longer processing times during holidays.
For what ages are the kits recommended?
Our regular kits are most suitable for kids aged 3-10. Our toddler kits are specifically designed with larger pieces for younger children who still might try to put small pieces in their mouths. All children should use these materials under adult supervision. Play dough should not be consumed.
What are the benefits of a subscription?
Subscribers receive our newest kits every month at a discount and often get extras and surprise gifts!
