5 out of 5 starsSuper nice lamp! Worked very carefully and the seller is concerned about customer satisfaction. Very nice contact! Only the fixation of the Ikea lamp holder is really frickelig, but that is not the seller and is probably without alternative with such a self-construction. But you should have stripped off cables and attached one or the other lamp, as the Ikea instructions are very incomprehensible. Where to go after shortening the cable with the (unabridged) wire ropes was also not quite clear. With a little creativity we were able to attach the lamp well after a good 45 minutes!

§1 Validity vis-à-vis entrepreneurs and definitions of terms
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between me and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).
§2 Conclusion of a contract, storage of the contract text

§3 Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date
(1) The prices quoted include 19% VAT. In addition, there are any shipping costs.
(2) The consumer has the possibility of payment in advance, or cash payment on collection.
(3) If the consumer has chosen to pay in advance, he undertakes to pay the purchase price immediately after conclusion of the contract.
§4 Delivery
(1) Unless I have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by me are ready for dispatch immediately. Delivery takes place here at the latest within 7 working days. In the case of payment in advance, the period for delivery begins to run on the day after the payment order to the bank commissioned with the transfer and, for all other payment methods, on the day after conclusion of the contract. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the deadline ends on the next working day.
(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold item shall not pass to the buyer until the goods are handed over to the buyer, even in the case of sale by mail.
§5 Retention of title
We reserve title to the goods until full payment of the purchase price.
