**More shirt colors available. See below for all standard available colors. If you like a different color not stated in the drop down menu simply state your request in the note to seller portion of the order at checkout and we will produce with the different color shirt. Feel free to contact me with any question.
- "Front Lettering Color" drop down menu = desired color lettering (available design colors in product listing photos)
- "21st" will come standard in gold foil but if you prefer a different color simply comment your desired color in the note to seller portion of the order at checkout. For example: "21st color: purple".
- If you have any special request please do not hesitate to contact me. I am willing to look into any request.
- If you would like to see what your design could look like before ordering please feel free to contact me and I can send you a sample image.
- Please note, any information posted in the note to seller box or the personalization box that are outside of instructions (such as requested receive dates, uninstructed personalization, or other type of requests) without prior conversations with shop are not considered valid.
- If we are provided confusing or conflicting information as inputs, such as a black shirt with black design/lettering color or colors that are not stated/shown as our available design colors then we will produce design portions similar or the inverse to the main product listing photo.

**From time to time our customer's forget to provide a selection for an available design color or input an unknown design color. When this happens it is our policy to produce as the main photo design color, or the closest to what we believe you are referencing, or white, or black depending upon what we think will look best with the shirt color chosen.



Care Instructions

Suggest to wash on gentle cycle in cold water with shirt turned inside out. Can be put in dryer, but would suggest laying dry for longer wear. Design can be ironed on, but iron should be on low and would suggest putting a thin cloth in-between shirt and iron.

Return Policy

Due to all products being made to order, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No returns or exchanges. Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase, this is done to increase our capacity to produce orders quickly. All that being said, If we made a mistake in production we will be more than happy to correct it. If we made a mistake please contact us within 21 days after delivery receipt date otherwise all products are deemed accepted as is without issues.


Production and Shipping

All of our items are made to order. Production time time is stated in each listing as well as during checkout. If you need rush processing and shipping please feel free to contact the shop BEFORE purchasing to make accommodations. **Please note shipping times are subject to change at any moment during the current global crisis. Please allow plenty of time for your package to arrive because it could be delayed in transit.

Expected Transit Times (after processing/production time):
- Standard Shipping: 2 to 6 business days
- Priority Shipping: 1 to 4 business days
- Express Shipping: 1 to 2 business days

We are able to ship with alternative couriers, please contact the shop prior to purchase if you have a desired courier.

Buyers are responsilbe for providing the shop with a valid address that is able to receive any style of packaging. Seller is not responsible for stolen packages. All sales are final, if a package is undeliverable by no fault of the seller, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for additional costs associated with reshipment.
