Frequently asked questions

At this time I am not accepting custom requests.
Can you ship internationally?
I do not currently ship outside of the United States. At this time, we do not have plans to expand our shipping internationally. Thank you for understanding.
Do you do wholesale/bulk orders?
I am not accepting wholesale orders. Maker collaboration availability can be found in the header of my Instagram page @simplyservinghk.
Will you make a reserved listing for products I want?
My shop updates are first come first serve. I do not offer reserved listings for individual customers; this keeps things fair for everyone! 😊
Care Instructions
All of my charms are made with polymer clay and oven cured, hand painted, and then layered with several coats of varnish. Polymer clay can be long-lasting when cared for properly; charms should be treated gently to avoid small details detaching. Avoid water, heat, dropping, and leaving exposed to dust. Keeping charms in a container with a lid or cover will prolong the shine and prevent oxidation of findings.
I do not recommend using polymer clay charms as zipper pulls or keychains, due to their fragile nature.
Every attempt is made to ensure your stitch markers are durable and lovely. Imperfections do happen; some charms may have an occasional piece of dust or glitter. However, I try to make sure each charm is worth its cost.
Repair Instructions
While I make every effort to ensure my charms are durable, polymer clay is not indestructible. Items made on such a small scale, with even smaller details, may occasionally need a small repair.
If you have a piece of your clay charm detach, I highly recommend Loctite Gel Super Glue or E6000. These glues are safe to use on polymer clay, and I've had tremendous luck with their durability. If, once dry, you notice some fogginess around the area of the glue (as can happen from the curing fumes) you can apply a layer of water based gloss varnish such as Decoart Gloss Varnish or Sculpey Glaze. As always, if you have any questions please feel free to message me!
Yes! We are an Angel Company.
This means that any handmade product produced with the stamps sold in the Simply Serving shop may be sold (i.e., gift tags, ceramics, packaging, and so on). However, digital reproductions of the artwork may not be sold, and wholesale for the stamps themselves is not available due to the fact that these are made by a third party. :)
How long are your processing times?
Most orders that are listed as PREORDER or MADE TO ORDER ship within 2 weeks. However, during my busy seasons, that time CAN go to 3 weeks, plus 3-5 days for handling before shipping. Please be patient with my shop, as it is run by me and me only. Everything is handmade and hand inspected by me. If you ever have questions about my processing times please message me. If ever an item is taking longer than you are willing to wait for it, please message me. I can either cancel your order or, in special cases, put a rush on it.
Handmade treasures take time to create. Thank you for showing my artwork respect and patience.
