A story of passion!

I am an artist of training and heart. I did engraving (lithography, etching, screen printing) in a professional workshop in Montreal for several years. I exhibited, solo and in groups with renowned artists, then obtained grants, had works purchased by the Musée des beaux-arts de Québec and the Canada Council for the Arts... All this before being literally caught up in the design and held in suspense for 26 years! I have worked hard in design and project management in the museum field and had the chance to collaborate on more than 125 exhibitions.

And here I am at Etsy to offer my drawings! For almost 3 years I have started a change of course, both personally and professionally. Times are difficult for the world of culture in Quebec and contracts are becoming rarer.

So it allows me to get back to drawing and have fun like a crazy little one with color, movement, shapes, my imagination...

My wish? May you have as much pleasure in owning a proof of one of my drawings as I have to commit them!

Je suis une artiste de formation et de cœur. J'ai fait de la gravure (lithographie, eau-forte, sérigraphie) dans un atelier professionnel de Montréal durant plusieurs années. J'ai exposé, en solo et en groupe avec des artistes de renom, puis obtenu des bourses, eu des œuvres achetées par le Musée des beaux-arts de Québec et le Conseil des arts du Canada... Tout ça avant d'être littéralement happée par le design et tenue en haleine durant 26 ans ! J'ai travaillé d'arrache-pied en design et gestion de projets dans le domaine muséal et eu la chance de collaborer à plus de 125 expositions.

Et me voilà chez Etsy à proposer mes dessins ! Depuis presque 3 ans j'ai amorcé un changement de cap, tant sur le plan personnel que professionnel. Les temps sont difficiles pour le monde de la culture au Québec et les contrats se font plus rares.

Ça me permet donc de me remettre au dessin et de m'amuser comme une petite folle avec la couleur, le mouvement, les formes, mon imaginaire...

Mon souhait ? Que vous ayez autant de plaisir à posséder une épreuve d'un de mes dessins que j'ai moi à les commettre !
