I was very disappointed ! I thought for the price it should have been very full and have a lot more drama. Shipment was very late. Workman ship was very poor. I literally paid the price for rushed poor workman ship. I also messaged her and she did not reply to my complaint. She should have given me a full refund. Buyer Beware

I am sorry you were unhappy with your snowman wreath. I did try to get it out to you within 12 business days. It was shipped on Dec 10, 2020 and you received it on Dec 18, 2020. The shipping was absolutely crazy with everybody trying to buy online instead of shopping in stores. I had hundreds of emails during the Christmas holiday and did not see your first email that you were unhappy with the wreath.
