Should you wish to request cancellation of your order, request MUST be received within 1 hour after order is placed. There will be no cancellation ONCE you have selected your custom paper background for your set & layout has been provided for custom orders/letters. I do start working on your orders as soon as it is received.

All wooden signs are laser cut from 1/4" thickness wood.

The name personalized will come in pieces depending on the font styles selected and the decorative swirls used in the name. For name signs, you will receive a layout with the dimensions to which you will be requested to confirm approval within 24 hours. If after 48 hours, I do not hear back, I will proceed with the creation to keep up with the production timeline.

No hanging hardware will be provided due to all hanging situations being different. However you can use 3M tapes or Command Strips (NOT PROVIDED)

All custom and personalized orders are non-refundable. Should you have an issue with your custom and personalized order, kindly contact me. Custom and personalized orders are anything made to order with your personalized information or choice of colours. Timeless Notions hold the copyright to all items created and the images on etsy which will be updated on listings as new items are created.

If for any reason you received your items damaged, please take a picture of the packaging and the items. Please notify me as soon as possible if there is a damage but no later than 3 business days. Upon receipt of your pictures of the damages, I will review it on a case by case basis.

A rush order, also known as rush processing is when you want me to create/make your order sooner than what my current processing times are. For example; if my current processing time is 3 - 4 weeks, this is the time it takes me to make and complete your order BEFORE it ships out. Therefore, if you need me to process it (make and complete it) sooner, then you would choose the RUSH MY ORDER option in the checkout page and I will complete your order in 1-2 weeks. This is over and above the shipping upgrade. This is different than a shipping upgrade.

Please ensure your mailing/shipping address is accurate in your order. Returned packages due to address error provided by customer will incur Administration Fee of USD 25.00 as this is a fee levied to us by the shipping carrier and reshipping fee applies again to the correct mailing address.
