We do not suggest using this postal service because if we do not receive the package we will not proceed with the refund !).

5 - The return shipping is paid by the Buyer in all cases except for manufacturing defects or if the wrong item is sent from our side. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value;
6 - ONLY after your return has been RECEIVED, your refund will be completed via the original payment method. Exchange items will be sent within 7 days.

Silk care instructions

- Hand washing every silk and lace piece from our collections. The extra time spent caring for each piece will make them last so much longer.
- Use a mild soap or silk wash. Never use a washing machine detergent, as this will be too harsh. One option is to use a gentle non-bio baby detergent. Or you could splash out and purchase a silk detergent or lingerie wash such as La Blanc Linen Wash or Persil Silk and Wool Wash.
- Don’t twist to ring out. Instead gently dry them inside a towel.
- Only wash silks by hand in cool water (28 ° C max). Hot water damages some fabrics and can even leave stains, so dip gently in cool water and do not soak silk for too long, or rub. Rinse abundantly with cold water.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Brand box with the brand tags is included in the packaging. Please let us know if you need anything special we will do our best to meet your expectations!

Satin care instruction

Satin items should be washed by hand or on the delicate cycle of your washer
Use cold water along with a gentle detergent.
When hand-washing, let the item soak in sudsy water for about 3 to 5 minutes. Gently squeeze the suds through the clothing. Rinse thoroughly with cool or cold water.
DO NOT wring or twist your satin clothing as it will cause it to loose its shape.
Avoid placing satin items in a dryer. Instead, lay the item flat on a clean, dry towel, and roll the towel, jelly-roll style, and apply pressure to squeeze out excess water. Unroll, remove item and lay flat on another clean, dry towel to finish air drying, away from sun or excess heat.
Satin items should be ironed on a medium/light setting, with no steam.

Processing time

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies.
All our garments are made to order. Our clothes are individually cut and sewn by hand by our local seamstresses. We take great care in ensuring each item is finished to our high standards.

Orders will take from 5 to 7 business days to be made and ready to dispatch.

If you require items urgently, please contact us to check current turnaround times.
