We are pleased to offer returns or exchanges to all customers for any purchases that meet our Returns Policy.
❥ If the size didn’t fit you or you didn’t like the item the Return/Exchange policy is:
1- The return policy is applying for TOPS, PAJAMAS, SHORTS, NIGHTGOWNS, AND ROBES ONLY.
2 - Item must be sent back NO LATER than 7 days after your delivery date.
3 - Item must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
4 - Send it back to us via INTERNATIONAL REGISTERED MAIL of any postal service of choice (the shipment reference number must start from any of these letters: S, R, C, V, LM, LX, LZ, LL ). Please, let us know the TRACKING NUMBER of the shipment. It’s necessary to process your return order. (Kindly take into consideration that USPS First Class Mail International takes from 25 to 40 days to reach Ukraine and often gets lost at our end. We do not suggest using this postal service because if we do not receive the package we will not proceed with the refund !).
5 - The return shipping is paid by the Buyer in all cases except for manufacturing defects or if the wrong item is sent from our side. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value;
6 - ONLY after your return has been RECEIVED, your refund will be completed via the original payment method. Exchange items will be sent within 7 days.

1- Sizes XXL/XXXL CAN NOT BE EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED.
2 - LINGERIE can't be returned or exchanged as it’s directly related to hygiene.
3 - Custom, items on sale and embroidered items, bulk orders except for manufacturing defects, or if the wrong item is sent from our side.
4 - Items that are offered the combination of fabric color and lace color of your own choice are final and can not be exchanged or returned, with no exception.
5 - If the return time frames are exceeded - NO LATER than 7 days after your delivery date.
6 - If wrong measurements were provided by the Buyer. All our items are made on order;
7 - If the item is shipped and the wrong address was provided by the Buyer. The refund will be completed via the original payment method, EXCLUDING shipping costs both ways which vary from 15 to 20 USD only when the item is returned to Kyiv, Ukraine;

❥ Stolen Mail policy:
1 - Please contact us if you would like to add insurance to your item, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
2 - If tracking shows delivery, please check with your local post office. Talk to your neighbors, friends, landlord, co-workers, or anyone who might have kept the package in your absence.
3 - We are unable to contact your post office and handle your missing package claim. You need to do it on your own unless you originally purchased shipping insurance.
4 - We are willing to proceed with the full refund ONLY after you provide us the Policy report for the stolen mail and registered claim to the Postal Inspection Service!

- Since we are not able to try and adjust on spot the items it’s difficult to make 100% accurate fit. Because sizing and cut will vary between brands, please use our size charts as a general guide. If you are between sizes please provide your exact measurements.

Silk care instructions
- Hand washing every silk and lace piece from our collections. The extra time spent caring for each piece will make them last so much longer.
- Use a mild soap or silk wash. Never use a washing machine detergent, as this will be too harsh. One option is to use a gentle non-bio baby detergent. Or you could splash out and purchase a silk detergent or lingerie wash such as La Blanc Linen Wash or Persil Silk and Wool Wash.
- Don’t twist to ring out. Instead gently dry them inside a towel.
- Only wash silks by hand in cool water (28 ° C max). Hot water damages some fabrics and can even leave stains, so dip gently in cool water and do not soak silk for too long, or rub. Rinse abundantly with cold water.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Brand box with the brand tags is included in the packaging. Please let us know if you need anything special we will do our best to meet your expectations!

Satin care instruction
Satin items should be washed by hand or on the delicate cycle of your washer
Use cold water along with a gentle detergent.
When hand-washing, let the item soak in sudsy water for about 3 to 5 minutes. Gently squeeze the suds through the clothing. Rinse thoroughly with cool or cold water.
DO NOT wring or twist your satin clothing as it will cause it to loose its shape.
Avoid placing satin items in a dryer. Instead, lay the item flat on a clean, dry towel, and roll the towel, jelly-roll style, and apply pressure to squeeze out excess water. Unroll, remove item and lay flat on another clean, dry towel to finish air drying, away from sun or excess heat.
Satin items should be ironed on a medium/light setting, with no steam.
Processing time
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies.
All our garments are made to order. Our clothes are individually cut and sewn by hand by our local seamstresses. We take great care in ensuring each item is finished to our high standards.
Orders will take from 5 to 7 business days to be made and ready to dispatch.
If you require items urgently, please contact us to check current turnaround times.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged.
