If you are located in a country that is a member of the European Union you will not have to pay CUSTOMS fees or any other fees and charges in order to receive your item;
If you are located in a country that is NOT a member of the European Union the item may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed (e.g. handling fees) by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country.

In general, the buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.

Most sellers on Etsy can’t predict which of these fees, if any, will be applied, and Etsy doesn’t expect sellers to calculate or collect these fees or taxes.
Etsy isn’t responsible for any additional charges that may apply after a purchase is completed on Etsy.


Shipping
TRACKING NUMBER AVAILABLE - you can check where is your item through the shipping. When I ship the item I send a message with the trucking number to the customer.

DELIVERY REQUIRES SIGNATURE!
Please consider that I send all items with tracking number and that the delivery requires signature - this is the only way I can be sure that you received your item. If you are not at home the courier will leave a note to you to contact the post office. If you do not contact the post office 15 days after the date of the note the item will be send back to me.

For items sent back to me I can offer two options:
- to send you the sign again - you need to pay the shipping cost for the second shipping
- to refund the amount paid minus the shipping costs ( shipping cost to send the item to you).

IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR SIGN please inform me - I will:
- check with the Post office and its partners where is the item
- IF IT IS LOST I WILL SEND YOU NEW ITEM without any additional expenditures for you

IF YOUR SIGN IS DAMAGED please send me back some photos of the sign and also of the package ( I need it to present it to the insurance company) - I WILL SEND YOU REPLACEMENT IMMEDIATELY!

Production takes 2-6 work days, delivery 9 to 20 days - depends on the destination.
Delivery to Europe takes 7-12 days.
Delivery to USA takes 14 days.
Delivery to Canada takes 14 days.
Delivery to Australia takes 20 days.
All items will be packed carefully to ensure a safe delivery.
I will combine shipping costs on items that can be safely shipped together.

Please note: All pieces are created by hand so no two items are identical, but that's the great thing about having a handmade item. Please allow for slight variances from what the photos may show.

Items are intended for decorations and are not intended to be used as toys, unless noted. Listings are for the item only and do not include staging props.
