Payments on my Etsy shop are in UK pounds sterling (£) by Paypal. If you are purchasing outside the UK, Etsy will provide you with a conversion based on the rate of the day.

Shipping
I recommend allowing a week overall for turnaround, to allow time for design, proofing and revisions. It may take less or more time depending how many revisions you require. Once you have approved your digital proofs, your printable files will be emailed to you within 2 business days.

THE PROCESS
After purchase, please submit your wedding information within 14 days.
Once I have all your information, you'll receive low-res digital proofs within 2–3 business days. Make sure to check your proofs carefully and let me know if any changes or corrections are needed (two rounds of revisions are included).
Once approved, you'll receive your printable PDF file within 1–2 business days. PDFs are not editable, so should you require any changes after delivery of your final printable file, this will cost extra. Please make sure to check your files on receipt and keep them saved in a safe place (I store a copy for 7 days only).
COLOURS & QUALITY
Please keep in mind the quality of the final printed product will very much depend on the printing method and paper used. All designs are black text only – you may wish to incorporate your wedding colours by using coloured envelopes or printing onto a pale coloured card.
FONTS
As the fonts used are such an integral part of my designs, please understand that I do not share font information. A lot of time and care is taken to make each and every design, including font selection. Having said that, the fonts are not super secret and with a bit of online research and exploration can very likely be found.
FILE FORMATS
Digital files are provided as Photoshop PDFs, high resolution (+300dpi), CMYK colour mode. Jpeg format also available if preferred. This format is widely accepted by printing bureaus, but if you're unsure please do check with your printer in advance of purchase.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please note that I cannot accept responsibility for errors arising from the information provided by you, the customer (such as typos), and that by approving your final proof you accept responsibility for any errors. If the error is on my part, rest assured I will do everything possible to remedy the problem!
If I do not hear from you within 14 days of your purchase, the order will be considered abandoned and will be cancelled. Please respond to digital proofs within 7 days; after this, the proofs will be considered approved and your final files will be issued.
