We enjoy sewing your perfect dress or bridal separates by your individual measurements.
So after you placed order, we will send you information with measurements, and you will write us your individual measurements. Remember, that we can’t start make your gown without measurements information so answer us as soon as possible!

We do not provide alternative payment methods except PayPal.

We accept the closure of the order after purchase within 24 hours. An exception is personalized products. Refunds in case of closing the order are made in the amount of 94% of the original amount (PayPal commission is not refundable) within 3 days.

We ship worldwide carefully packed and with a tracking number.
If you want fast delivery- we ship dress by DHL Express, it takes 5-10 days.
For the rest of the items, we use the standard shipping and it takes about 1 - 4 weeks depending on the destination, customs, weather conditions, etc. If prefer fast delivery, please let us know.
The buyer is responsible for all customs fees and import duties levied upon arrival.
Before shipping, we check carefully every item.

Washing:
-Hand-wash with cold water: Hang flat to dry - Please do not squeeze or dry with Dryer.
-With washing machine: In washing bag, please choose Silk washing option.
-Best with steaming iron!

Unfortunately we are unable to accept refunds on the following items:
• bodysuits and bustiers
• Final Sale of last items
• Items that have been worn and/or used
• You change your mind
• You find cheaper products elsewhere
• Custom made, personalized, or altered products
• Fabric swatches
• Shipping cost, except of lost on the mail
