5 out of 5 starsEasy to follow pattern. I highly recommend cross stitching HTD's bird designs on linen or lugana weave to make the beautiful colors stand out even more.

4 out of 5 starsCute pattern! PDF slightly low res quality when you zoom in but still very easy to follow. Very keen to finish the piece and see the finished product

Frequently asked questions
Custom and personalised orders
I do not currently accept custom orders but I am happy to accept suggestions for patterns, especially birds. Please get in touch if you have a favourite bird you'd like me to design.
Do you sell completed cross stitch items?
Cross stitch is a very time-consuming form of embroidery and unfortunately this means that making larger cross stitched items to sell is not practical; they would simply be too expensive. However, I do make small cross stitched items such as ornaments and greeting cards. See my shop sections for details.
Are your patterns compatible with embroidery machines?
All patterns are currently only designed for hand embroidery and are only available in PDF format.
Will there be any more bird designs?
Yes! Birds are one of my favourite subjects and I'll definitely be adding more over time. If you favourite my shop you will receive updates every time I add something new. Do you have a favourite bird you'd like me to design? Send me a convo and I'll do my best to make it happen!
What should I do if I'm having trouble downloading a file?
This page in the Etsy help section has solutions to common problems with digital downloads.

If you are still experiencing problems, get in touch with me and I'll see if I can help. I also recommend you contact Etsy as they may be in a better position to solve the problem.
I haven't received my files. Where are they?
Check the Spam/Junk folder in your e-mail account. When you buy digital items through Etsy they will be automatically sent to your e-mail account. Sometimes these e-mails end up in your Spam/Junk so check there if you don't receive anything within a few minutes.

If you have an Etsy account you can also access your digital files at any time in the Purchases and Reviews section of your profile. You can download the files from there.
How do you calculate your shipping prices?
My shipping prices cover the three main costs of processing your order. I use Royal Mail for all my parcels and this accounts for the bulk of the shipping price. I then add on the costs of the packaging and the time it takes me to process your order. I process all orders myself. I do not make any profit on shipping.
Can I sell finished pieces?
You are not permitted to sell finished pieces created from my patterns, even if you have customised them. I am happy for you to display finished pieces of my work publicly but I would appreciate a credit.
