Here at My Story Stones Rock we wanted to create a sensory aid, for mindfulness.

The tactile smooth textured stones with hand drawn images are lovingly made just for you.

Now what is mindfulness?!

Mindfulness is a shift in your self awareness - your habits, your routines, your work, your relationships.
It helps you appreciate your life rather than rushing through it.

So born from this was a new addition to my worry monsters... the mindful monster!

Hold him, carry him, remind yourself to stop and close your eyes and breathe.

This listing is for one mindful monster stone and a white velvet pouch to keep the monster safe.

The mindful monster stones are made to order and will be dispatched according to the current shipping times. Please bear this in mind if you are ordering overseas.

The stones are made from 100% recycled glass and measure approximately 40mm long, 30mm wide and 7mm deep.

As they are handmade each one is unique and over time wear and tear from love may occur.

We are proud to say our stones have been fully independently UKCA tested.

Warning! Not suitable for children under 36 months due to small parts. Choking hazard.

Supervised play is encouraged for children under 36months.

I love this idea. My son had a hard time his first few days of kindergarten and this helped him get through it. It’s been a month and he’s better but still carries this in his backpack everyday.
