Meditate longer with better posture in comfort. The Moonleap Meditation cushion is ergonomically designed for those who like to sit on a cushion for meditation practices but find it hard to sit for long periods of time due to discomfort. The Moonleap cushion provides comfort and support in just the right way to prevent slumping of the back that leads to a sore back . The cushion is designed to displace the meditators weight evenly across the outer legs and outer buttocks areas, relieving the sensitive areas . A unique feature to the design of this ergonomic cushion has two recesses for the sit bones and two conduits for the sciatic nerve which helps relieve pressure that can often lead to leg and feet numbness and fatigue . The wedge shape and angle of the cushion allows for forward rotation of the hips which can help alleviate pain and fatigue in the hips which can sometimes be caused traditional cushions/ zafus. The Moonleap Cushion can be used for any of the traditional meditation postures- full lotus, half lotus, burmese, indian style. The Moonleap Cushion can be adjusted in many ways to offer the best solution for each individual. If you are not very flexible and your knees do not come to the ground, we recommend that you raise the whole cushion up by placing folded blankets underneath which will allow your knees to fall closer to the ground. We recommend that your knees are always lower than your hips to prevent your lower back from slumping and causing back ache. Ideal for those who practice at home, attend yoga, buddhist, or any other spiritual practice where sitting meditation is required. Great for retreats! 5 out of 5 starsThis is a wonderful meditation cushion. I am on the thin side and sitz bones need support and protection which this cushion nicely provides. There was a problem with the order initially which Lauren worked diligently to resolve. I appreciate the wonderful customer service!

5 out of 5 starsI live in the UK so was hesitant to purchase a cushion that cost so much to ship. I am glad I did. I was using a zafu, but I would often end up with pins and needles in my feet. On one sit I hadn't realised and had a scary 5 minutes of not being able to move my foot when I went to get up. It certainly made me more cautious about sitting for long periods of time. This cushion is so comfortable. I do not have numb feet. It is feels well made and worth every penny.

5 out of 5 starsI have a compression fracture in my spine that causes regular sciatic pain down my right leg. I have always found myself struggling to maintain my presence and really loose myself and get out of my mind and into my body because of the pain I begin to experience during sitting meditation. This has significant decreased my discomfort & I have been able to slip into deeper states of meditation and stay there much longer. Highly recommend :)

5 out of 5 starsLove these wedges. The material is perfect, not too hard or soft. Unfortunately, they are too small for what I need them for. Was going to use for under knees, meditating. But not high enough, even when doubled. Thought about getting two more but still wouldn’t work. 3 on each side would probably work for this if your interested in them for meditating.
