Please leave your personalization in notes to seller at check out or convo me after purchasing. I do not contact customers to find out what they'd like on their piece if it's a generic item. I will assume that you'd like it as pictured.

If no personalization is left in notes to seller or convo'ed to me I reserve the right to use the photo product as the basis for your design. If no birthstones are chosen at check out you will receive a clear bead or bead available in my inventory.

If your item comes stamped with a mistake please let me know immediately. All mistakes made by me will be fixed free of charge. If the customer left incorrect spelling/date/etc. they will be held responsible for submitting a new order for a corrected piece.

Hand stamping is done by hand and each letter is stamped by hand. This means that no two pieces are ever alike and some letters might not be "perfect." This is a not a defect in your piece. It just means your piece is truly unique and one of a kind!

Copper, brass, bronze and silver will oxidize over time. I do not treat the metals in anyway and do not put any chemicals on them. To restore the metals sheen you can clean your jewelry using a polishing cloth.

For resin pieces do not leave in direct sunlight or extreme heat. Due to the nature of resin it might yellow over time and should be kept in a jewelry box when not being worn.

Mommy's Metalz is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address due to customer error. Please double check your mailing address before you purchase.

Once your package leaves my studio I can not change the address on it. You must contact me within 48 hours to change your address and this must be done through etsy convo.

If your item gets mailed back to me due to customer error I will send you a listing to purchase a shipping label. Customers are responsible for paying to reship due to their error.

First class packages can take up to 14 business days according to the USPS. Priority mail can take up to 7.

I am not responsible for the fault of the USPS. Please understand that my processing time is different than their processing time. Packages can get stuck at sorting facilities, not scanned correctly or unfortunately lost. I will do everything I can to locate your package but I cannot be held accountable for the USPS and the delay in their mailing system. I can not refund if an order does not get to you on time or has been marked delivered.

*Customers should contact me within 3 business days with photos if there is an issue with their item.

*Food grade aluminum is the main metal I use to stamp on unless otherwise noted. All components are high quality stainless steel (necklaces, bracelets, etc.)

*All jewelry should be stored carefully in a plastic bag or jewelry box after each use to protect its life, integrity and patina.

*I can not stamp on the back of pieces unless I am contacted before purchasing.

*All resin products should be kept out of direct sunlight.

Due to all the regulations and rules I no longer ship internationally and this includes Canada. Packages are taking longer than usual due to covid and getting lost more frequently. I do hope you find a shop and an item that can meet your needs!
