Each item is hand made to your specific measurements. Items will take from 2-6 weeks depending upon the piece and commission schedule. If you have a specific date you require the piece for, please contact me before purchasing. I will try my best to get the piece to you for the deadline specified.
Payments are non refundable and items are non returnable. Before the item has been started, you can also swap for another item of the same or value or more.
I am happy for the total amount to be paid in installments, but the complete amount must be paid before the piece is posted.
It is your responsibility as a customer to provide the correct measurements to ensure the piece fits perfectly. Items generally cannot be adjusted.
I reserve the right to make the piece within my schedule if the customer does not contact me first to ensure the item can be made for a specific event date.

Items will be sent using Royalmail, fedex or UPS and all smaller packages by Airmail trackable delivery and all larger parcels by the above providers. Only smaller packages can be insured within the postage costs, however if you wish insurance on a particular large package then I can arrange to debit the additional amount to your account. The Imaginarium Apparel does not take responsibility for items that do not arrive at their destination. All medium and small parcels will be sent tracked. You will be sent a shipping confirmation with a tracking number and a link to the postal provider's website to check it at any time.
Items sent abroad (anywhere other than the UK) are estimated to take around 5 working days but could take up to two weeks. The Imaginarium Apparel does not take responsibility for items delayed in the post. I aim to send the piece two weeks before any particular event date to best ensure it arrives on time. Any time outwith these two weeks might mean will be debited an additional amount for a faster postage service or may not be guaranteed to get there in time . I will take all possible measures to get a piece to you by your particular event date otherwise it will be 2 - 6 weeks depending upon the item.
You may be charged a customs fee to have the item delivered to your country, we take no responsibility for any charges incurred.
All items will be well protected and packaged for their journey to you!.
We take no responsibility for shipping and postage delays/strikes that may occur to delay your parcel but will ensure plenty of time within the quoted providers estimation or for your event date.
