Are you still shipping our orders during COVID-19?
Processing time has been delayed as we are stationed in New York City and in a shelter in place order.
We are still shipping out orders, but our procedures have changed to ensure safety.
When will my refund be processed?
Refunds will be issued within 4-5 days after we receive your package. A $6 restocking fee will be deducted from your return amount.
What are your Mother's Day Shipping Deadlines?
Place your orders by these dates to guarantee delivery:
Shipping cut off for Standard Shipping: April 20 11:00 AM
Shipping cut off for Express Shipping: May 05 11:00 AM
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You will need to return your unwanted item and place a new order through our shop. Please return your order in it's original packaging AND with the receipt. Not including the receipt will delay your return for 5-7 business days.
Please reach out to us for a return label. Once I receive it, I will issue you a return minus the $6 restocking fee. Processing time will be 3-5 business days after we've received your package.
DAMAGES
