Do I have to package my heavy parcel differently?

All parcels should be packed well to keep them safe, and heavy parcels up to 70kg in weight should not need treating differently. Parcels weighing more than 70kg, however, need to be palletised. Read our full packaging advice here.

How much does it cost to send a large parcel?

This depends on the weight of your goods and the destination country! For example, you can send a 50kg parcel to France for £48.97, and a 100kg parcel to the USA for £685.07.

Are there any restrictions when heavy parcels are collected?

All heavy parcels need to be easily (and safely) accessible for when the courier arrives. For example, if you live in a flat, please ensure that the item is brought downstairs to make it accessible for the driver. This is to ensure the safety of our couriers.
