What if my item has been damaged during delivery or is delayed/lost?

Damage: this is thankfully quite rare but if your item arrives and is broken or damaged please immediately take a picture of the item and packaging in order for me to be able to make a claim for the damage. I do my absolute best to ensure items are wrapped carefully and safe. I will always replace any damaged items.

Delay: on some occasions delivery takes longer than expected and I ask that you are patient enough to give an item one month before considering it lost. I obviously have no control over postal services and when items have to transfer between different postal services and go through customs unexpected delays can occur.

What is the process if I decide to return an item?

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase in any way, please contact me and I will work to make things right!

I will refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and product must be in resalable condition. A 10% restocking fee will apply. Shipping costs are not refundable. International customers must prepay any duties and taxes for re-entrance into Norway. Custom orders are final sale.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I always take time and care with the wrapping of all of my packages, however if you would like a parcel wrapped for a birthday or special occasion please let me know and I will ensure the parcel is extra pretty!

IMPORTANT: International Buyers are responsible for all fees associated with shipping to their respective countries (Import taxes, duties etc.).

Shipping

Norwegian domestic orders are shipped within 1 day by Posten Norge.
International orders are shipped via Posten Norway Priority Airmail in 1-3 business days.
International mail usually arrives in 6-10 days. Outside of the European Union it usually takes around 1 week for them to get to you, could be even 2 (sometimes longer, sometimes less), in very rare cases 3-4 (due to customs). Shipping days are all business days. Over weekend orders are shipped on Monday.

If your box weighs up to 2 kg and length + width + height = max 90 cm I will send it as a letter priority mail in form of a cardboard box. Bigger and/or heavier items will be sent as insured parcels with track and trace.

I do my very best to wrap all your items very carefully.

Insurance/ Tracking

PLEASE NOTE: ( I am NOT responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages ) If you want to purchase insurance you may do so by contacting me prior to ordering. ALL LOST, STOLEN OR RETURNED packages paid without insurance are the responsibility of the buyer.
