For Corjl invitations, an email with a link to edit the invitation will come directly from Corjl to the address associated with the purchase. If you do not receive the email, either in your inbox or junk/spam folder, shortly after completing your purchase, you can go directly to www.corjl.com, select the 'Edit a Purchased Item' option and enter your order number.

For anything other than Instant Downloads, there are two turnaround options for digital files that you can choose from at check-out, Digital File is 2-3 business days or Digital File - Rush is 24 hours.

If the turnaround time you selected at check-out has passed and you have not received your file(s), please check the Junk/Spam folder of your email, as files can sometimes be there.

Prints ship within 3-5 business days from the date the proof is approved.

Absolutely! All items, aside from instant downloads, will have a proof for you to approve. INSPECT ALL ITEMS THOROUGHLY FOR ERRORS! I copy and paste the information you provide. ERRdesigns is not responsible for any typos or mistakes and no refunds will be given for this reason after digital files are sent. It is the customer's responsibility to find any errors when the proof is sent for approval.

You will receive two digital files for printing. One JPEG for photo lab printing and one PDF for home printing (2-5x7 or 3-4x6 on one sheet).

All invitations are high resolution 300 DPI. 5x7 = 1500x2100 pixels and 4x6 = 1200x1800 pixels.

Invitations come as shown in the example, aside from changing the information to yours. Minor Changes can be made for $3. The link to add this to your purchase is located under MODIFICATIONS in the item details of the listing.

I print on thick white 100 lb. cardstock with a slight sheen. The files print beautifully on it!

Prints are shipped 3-5 business days from the date the proof is approved. Orders of 30+ invitations ship 1-3 Day Priority with USPS. Anything under that amount will ship first class. You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped. PLEASE, verify your shipping address is correct before placing your order! ERRdesigns is not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address.
