From one Spoonie to another....

Hello and welcome to my Etsy shop! I'm so glad that you're here.

My name is Shannon and I'm a wife, mother and Spoonie. I am currently diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, GERD, Major Depression Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, PTSD, ADHD, OCD and I'm currently in the process of being diagnosed with either/or PCOS and Endometriosis. Like many who struggle with chronic illnesses and disabilities, I struggle to manage my life with my body's limitations.

I've always had an agenda or planner but didn't know about the world of decorative planning or of the many resources for planners here on Etsy until 2017. When I found out about the hobby of planning, I eagerly joined many Facebook groups and purchased many stickers to help me get my life under control. I then started searching for stickers to help me specifically with managing my different illnesses but didn't find many that suited my needs. So I decided to start a sticker shop that specializes in the needs of Spoonies like me.

I hope that you find my stickers helpful for tracking your needs. I'm always adding new stickers but if you don't see what you need, please contact me and I'll make you a custom sticker just for you and your needs.
