We love it!
Fabulous little playhouse that our 3 year old adores. Seems sturdy enough. The door has swollen with the recent rain and sticks but should be fine once dried out and sanded.
We paid someone to put it together and paint it so can’t comment on how easy that was.

Perfect house
Perfect for the kids to grow with. We wanted a house that had ceiling height as most are so low. Daughters, aged 3 and 5, spend all their time in this house and it's great. Sturdy and reasonable price paid. Can't fault it

Wooden playhouse
Love the playhouse. Took my 2 people about 4 hours to build. Only downside which is quite annoying is that the door doesn't open fully because of the veranda. There really should be more space on the side the door is so it opens fully. The magnetic catch is good, no fingers caught yet! My 2 yr old and 4 yr old love it. Would get the bigger version if I was to buy again but we have a shared garden so was looking for compact. Great for a storing all their garden toys too. The roof is proper felt so looks lovely and professional. Only downside as I said is the door not opening fully (another 2 cm between the verandah and door would have done it)

Terrible build
Delivery company gave no indication of delivery date and needed two of us home to unload the playhouse. Luckily we were home. The build took two people a full day as so many pieces needed adapting or trimming (e.g. door didn’t fit), and some essential structural pieces didn’t exist at all (such as baton holding two roof panels together). The final product looks good and is well loved, hence two stars rather than one, but the build was ridiculous.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:
- Electrical/Technical products which have been unsealed
- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
