Please be sure that you are using the latest version of Adobe Reader (Adobe Reader DC), which can be downloaded for FREE at http://get.adobe.com/reader

Also, please be sure you are actually editing in Adobe Reader DC. Avoid double-clicking the file name to open the template. Instead, launch Adobe Reader DC first, then click File, Open, and select your file.

If you tried to edit the template in any program other than Adobe Reader DC, you may have broken the template. But no worries! You can re-download your files (from your email or from your Etsy order page) and start over.

Our templates are available as Instant Download. You will automatically receive your files within a few minutes of completing your order.

Please read the product details of each item to see what is or is not editable. Some of our templates with the "Editable Color" icon include text boxes that are 100% editable, including the font type, color, and size. Layout, artwork, and file size will NOT be editable.

We've made it easy for you to shop by collection. Look for a hashtag and three-letter collection code in the product title (for example #LCC). Then go to our shop's main page and enter this code in the "Search Items" box.

The template only works in Adobe Reader DC (the free version). If you don't have it, you can download it for free at http://get.adobe.com/reader . When you are not editing in Adobe Reader DC, your template may not show the fonts that are included with the template.

After you have installed Adobe Reader DC, please double-check that your file is actually opened in it. Always launch Adobe Reader DC first (very important!), then click File, Open, and select your template file. Avoid double-clicking on the file name to open it, because it will open the file in a default PDF reader on your computer which may not be Adobe Reader DC.

Please be sure to set your Printer Settings to print at "Actual Size" so the size is not scaled down.

If your print shop does not accept PDF template files, you can "flatten" the file and convert it into a high-resolution JPEG format. Once you have finished editing the PDF template, simply save the file and convert it into a JPEG format using this FREE online converter: https://docs.zone/pdf-to-jpg
