    Really very funny. A bit small for our high room (4 m), a size selection would have been nice. Assembling and folding is a bit tricky because some parts are very small. Maybe A3 would be easier, then the duck would be bigger too.

General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

§ 1 - Basic provisions

(1) The following terms and conditions apply to all contracts between the owner "andisart" and the customer. Unless otherwise agreed, the inclusion of the customer's own terms and conditions is objected to.

(2) A consumer within the meaning of the following regulations is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that can be attributed neither to his commercial nor independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is any natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of his independent professional or commercial activity.

(3) The contract language is either English or german.

§ 2 - Subject matter of the contract

The object of the contract is the sale of goods. The details, in particular the essential characteristics of the goods, can be found in the article description and the supplementary information on the website of the provider.

§ 3 - Conclusion of the contract

(1) The provider offers the articles presented in his DaWanda shop "TheNavis" to other DaWanda users for sale. The items offered are handmade from start to finish. The color representation of the articles on the website may vary slightly depending on the Internet browser used and the monitor settings of the customer. These deviations are never technically completely avoidable.

(2) The customer selects the desired item by placing it in his "shopping cart". The order is finally placed by clicking on the "Submit order" button. The customer has the possibility at any time until the dispatch of his order request to view and change the data provided during the order or to cancel the order completely.

(3) In order to purchase an article in the shop of the provider, the customer must accept a binding purchase offer. By sending the order request via the button "Send order", the customer accepts the purchase offer. The provider confirms the order by e-mail. (Conclusion of the contract)

(4) The customer can view the content of the agreement at any time in his DaWanda account under "My DaWanda" in the box "My purchases".

(5) In the event of impediments to delivery or other circumstances that would preclude the fulfilment of the contract, the provider shall inform the customer by e-mail. A partial delivery will only take place with the consent of the customer.

§ 4 - Prices, shipping costs

(1) The prices stated in the respective offers as well as the shipping costs represent final prices. VAT is not charged.

(2) The shipping costs incurred are not included in the purchase price. They are based on the respective concrete purchase offer and the shipping information provided therein, are shown separately in the course of the ordering process and are to be borne additionally by the customer, unless free shipping is promised.

(3) If the delivery is made to non-EU countries, further customs duties, taxes or fees may be payable by the customer, but not to the provider, but to the customs or tax authorities responsible there. The customer is advised to check the details with the customs or tax authorities BEFORE ordering.

§ 5 - Terms of payment and shipping

(1) The customer can choose from the payment methods offered. Two payment options are offered: payment by PayPal and payment by regular bank transfer. Payment must be made in Euro (€). In the case of international transfers, the provider may not incur any additional costs.

(2) The delivery of the article takes place exclusively to the countries that are expressly stated in the individual articles or shipping conditions. Unless otherwise stated in the item description, delivery takes place within Germany 3-5 working days, within Europe 4-7 working days, to usa and Canada 4-12 days and for the rest of the world 4-12 days.

(3) Unless otherwise stated for the individual payment methods, the payment claims from the concluded contract are due for payment immediately.

(4) Insofar as the customer is a consumer, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold item during dispatch shall only pass to the customer upon handover of the goods.

(5) If the delivery to the customer fails because the customer has entered the delivery address incorrectly or incompletely, a new delivery attempt will only be made if the customer assumes the costs for the new shipment. The newly incurred shipping costs correspond to the shipping costs agreed upon at the time of conclusion of the contract. The provider must inform the customer of the necessary costs for the new delivery by e-mail. A new shipment will only take place after receipt of payment of these costs.

§ 6 Return costs when exercising the right of revocation

In the event of the exercise of the statutory right of withdrawal applicable to consumers in the case of distance contracts, it is agreed that the customer must bear the regular costs of the return if the price of the item to be returned does not exceed an amount of € 40 or if, in the case of a higher price of the item, the customer has not yet provided the consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment at the time of revocation, unless the delivered goods do not correspond to those ordered. In all other cases, the provider bears the costs of the return.

§ 7 Right of retention, retention of title

(1) The customer can only exercise a right of retention if it concerns claims from the same contractual relationship.

(2) The goods remain the property of the provider until full payment of the purchase price.

§ 8 Warranty

(1) The statutory provisions shall apply.

(2) As a consumer, the customer is requested to check the goods immediately upon delivery for completeness, obvious defects and transport damage and to inform the provider and the freight forwarder of any complaints as soon as possible. If the customer does not comply with this, this has no effect on the statutory warranty claims.

§ 9 Liability

According to the current state of the art, data communication via the Internet cannot be guaranteed to be error-free and/or available at all times. In this respect, the provider is not liable for the constant or uninterrupted availability or the faulty functioning of the website.

§ 10 Choice of law, place of performance, place of jurisdiction

(1) German law shall apply to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. In the case of customers, this choice of law shall only apply insofar as this does not deprive the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the state of the customer's habitual residence. (Principle of favourability)

(2) The place of performance for all services arising from the business relationships existing with the provider as well as the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the provider, insofar as the customer is not a consumer, but a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law. The same applies if the customer does not have a general place of jurisdiction in Germany or the EU or if the domicile or habitual residence is not known at the time the action is brought.

(3) Should the individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions prove to be invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
Cancellation or return policy

Our priority in the first place is to meet your needs and desires. We are only satisfied when you are!

If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery.

We will refund or exchange the price, but only if the product is in its original new condition.
Please note that in this case, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Should there be a problem caused by our fault, we will fix it immediately and refund you the full cost.

In general, if there are any problems at all, contact us immediately and we will certainly find appropriate solutions for both you and us.

Shipping

Delivery policy:

If possible, delivery takes place on the next working day after receipt of payment and will be sent by registered mail via DHL Germany (Deutsche Post).
