Frequently asked questions
How are my items shipped?
Orders with standard shipping will be sent via Prio (domestic) or Warenpost with Deutsche Post. Domnestic services do include tracking & may take from 1-3 weeks (Germany). However, international shipping doesn't include any tracking information, please pay for an upgrade if you'd like to get tracked shipping. It may take from 3-8 weeks (international).
If you need rushed processing for your order, PLEASE message me before ordering. It may not be possible for all orders.
Custom and personalised orders
I have a processing time of 3-5 business days for all orders. Please note, if you need rushed processing for your order, contact me on Etsy before placing an order.
Once shipped, here are the estimated shipping times:
United States: 7-14 business days
Canada: 7-14 business days
Europe: 6-11 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 7-14 business days
Asia Pacific: 7-14 business days
Latin America and the Caribbean: 7-14 business days
North Africa and the Middle East: 7-14 business days
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but I cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Custom and personalised orders
Please check the estimated shipping dates on our policy. Holidays and other local postal office issues may delay your mail, this is JUST an ESTIMATE, not a guarantee.
If it has been over 3 weeks (Germany) or 6 weeks (international) from your shipment confirmed date, please contact me to see if we can figure something out.
Please note, JOURNALSPIRATION is NOT responsible for lost mail. Once your item has been marked as shipped, I can no longer control it and it is the post office's responsibility. Therefore, please purchase the tracking add on at checkout if this is a concern for you.
